By accessing or using Ethos Miracle POS, you agree to these Terms of Use between you and Aviral Trendz Pvt Ltd.
Service
Ethos Miracle POS is a cloud restaurant management platform including POS, kitchen display, inventory, reporting, and related modules. Features may change with notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual Property
Ethos Miracle POS, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Aviral Trendz Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your restaurant data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviral Trendz Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
